Grand Victoria Casino is Commited to Responsible Gaming
When done responsibly, and for the vast majority, gaming is an enjoyable form of entertainment. We realize however, that for some it is not. As a leader in the community, we are committed to promoting responsible gaming by educating our employees on problem, compulsive and underage gaming.
Patrons who feel they may have a problem are provided the option of excluding themselves from entering the casino. Grand Victoria Casino utilizes the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program as the sole method in assisting patrons in their efforts to self-exclude. Patrons wishing to participate in the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program may do so either in person at the Grand Victoria Casino or by calling 1.877.YOU.QUIT.
Printed materials on problem and compulsive gambling are available to the general public and may be acquired at the Security Booth in the pavilion, any of the casino's cages and the Player's Club.
